Marianne - it is only just cool enough for tights. Actually this morning I felt cold so it was perfect. When it got a bit warmer this afternoon I just took of the jacket and had short sleeves which was fine.<br /> here is the picture showing the jacket over it. Where is it from?<br /> I have not worked in an office for a long time but I would say the tights help make it more office appropriate. I think if you just have one or two skirts/dresses on the slight-ly shorter side, in a more relaxed office, as long as you take measures (such as with your tights) to make them more modest, you'll be okay. Some of the skirts my boss wears are on the short to too short side so I think this should be ok, particularly with the opaque tights covering my legs. I might wear my new cream trench over it in the morning, as its been a bit on the cold side in the mornings recently (16-18 degrees lol). Is it ok to wear a coat which is a bit longer than your skirt length? I think this was covered at some point but can't remember.
