This is my 3rd year doing this exercise, and I've found that it really helps me think about my focus and intentions. For me, the word comes first and the color comes to enhance it.&nbsp;</p> <p>2019: <b>Center/Teal</b>. I had a lot of change happening in my life, and refocusing on what mattered to me was important. Fortunately for me, teal was in season, and I purchased a lot!</p> <p>2020: <b>Grace/Cinnamon Brow</b>n. What a prophetic word! It was good to have this as a guiding light through all of the challenges 2020 brought. I didn't add much cinnamon to my wardrobe, but did find some a darker brown that was a great fit.</p> <p>2021: <b>Joy / Yellow</b>. After the challenges of this year, I want to find ways to be happy and celebrate major and minor victories. "Weeping may last for the night, but joy cometh in the morning." I've got a milestone birthday in February, and plan to celebrate all year! As for color...&nbsp; I started out with Pink thinking of celebration, but I keep coming back to yellow: sunshine, daisies. light. It's not a color I wear a lot of, but I'm excited to explore it this year.&nbsp; </p>
