Social media, doomscrolling, clothes shopping on my iPhone while I'm "watching TV", ...and many more. &nbsp;To make this change really happen, I need to define specific things I'm going to "track" to confirm that I'm making the changes. The weekly iPhone report of daily hours spent on the iPhone is one of them (hmm... I should check data usage too). And specifically for fashion/wardrobe, I've got a pretty good working wardrobe and don't need much. I'm going to focus on shopping from list of wants/needs at stores/brands that have a reasonably good chance of working for me both for fit and style.&nbsp;</p> <p>My color is "<b>less black"</b>. Black and grey are still my key dark neutrals (along with denim) but I want to wear more lighter colors and more earth tones. I'm not going to measure this one too carefully :-)&nbsp;</p>
