I miraculously lost another 2 pounds overnight, so I hope that sticks until next Monday. I find that having easy, healthy food in the house- especially lots of fresh fruit, really helps me.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;So here's an update: I weighed in this morning at 72,7 kilograms or just over 160 pounds. Although that might sound a bit much for my 163,5 cms/5'5&#034; inches, I'm actually quite happy, as it was less than I thought. However, my goal is somewhere between 63 and 65 kgs/139-143 pounds, that's the weight I know I feel most comfortable with, so I have 8-10 kgs/18-22 pounds to lose.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I didn't do very well last week, and on Saturday me and some friends had girls night and enjoyed cheese, crackers and wine, so I really don't know. I feel a little bloated. The pair of scales that I ordered finally arrived, so tomorrow will actually be my first weigh-in! I'm partly excited, partly scared:) What's really interesting, is that the scales estimate body fat, water and muscle mass, which will give me an indication of how healty my body mass is.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I plead the 5th on this one. Once my mom confronts me with a batch of her heavenly 10 hour curry, I lose all willpower and any sense of fullness. While it is extremely healthy and full of tofu and veggies, it is chock full of rich and very fatty coconut milk, not to mention rice.  Nothing wrong with that if your portion size is reasonable, which mine was not.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I also get the same way with broccoli baked in olive oil, sea salt, and panko bread crumbs, which we had twice this week, and asparagus in balsamic butter sauce. It seems like everything I eat is actually quite healthy...if only I didn't eat so much of it!&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;But today may undo all of that. Let's hope so. More about that later.

I pretty much relaxed  (including more treats, more eating out, more cooking out of a bottle etc) while on holiday for 2 weeks but didn't put on any weight, surprisingly, especially since I didn't run much as I had a cold.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;A week later, I am back into running and have lost about a pound. I am not being very self controlled about food except a little better at not overeating.

I am down three pounds form last week (when I was experiencing some bloat), and back down to my lowest weight so far. The best news is that I am starting to feel my Yoga class making a difference in my muscle strength, and also that I made good food decisions at the wedding reception this weekend. So, I'm feeling great overall.&#060;br /&#062;
