I still haven't weighed myself. This thread reminds me to try to get over to they gym today at school and step on the scale. Maybe the numbers will help motivate me to start logging food consistently.

I ran 5 days last week, and am gradually increasing speed or distance.

Hi girls, I'm a little late posting today. Things haven't been going exactly as planned, and so I didn't get to buy the pair of scales. Which means no weigh-in for me today. However I did see my sister-in-law, whom I haven't seen since Christmas, this Sunday, and she commented on my weight loss! Easter holidays are coming up, and it will be a challenge with all the good food, but I think if I manage to stay away from the sweets and go for a walk as often as I can, at least I won't put on any weight.

Marianna I think that maintaining is great- especially when you're tempted by home cooking. It shows that you have actually changed your habits.
Tam- it's great that you did one day of tracking, and at least you got a couple runs in.
Keep up the good work everyone!

Wow Khris, great week. Your consistent results really impress me!!!

After recoring my food intake for one day last week I've slacked off and haven't attempted it again. I've jogged 2 days in a row now, but also eaten chocolate and ice-cream both days. Oops! I plan on trying to remember to weigh in tomorrow morning so I can officially start measuring if/when I start making any progress.

I stayed the same this week, which I am thrilled about because I have been absolutely careless about my food intake. Being at home, surrounded by homemade goodies seems to have that effect on me. I resort to my childhood ways of overeating when I'm at home. I am thrilled that I didn't gain any weight.

I need to stop eating so much this week... (easier said than done!)

Oh Michelle- that is frustrating, I know. Don't loose hope, though. I know you were trying to exercise more- you may need to up your calories/points to compensate for that if you aren't already. Or you may have to shift down because you've lost so much weight. I know that Sparkpeople suggests shifting your calories down for every 10-15 pounds lost. Try and look at the big picture- you have made spectacular progress!

Khris, that's so impressive! Well done!
I need to emulate you, as I'm officially in a rut. I was up 0.8 pounds this week, which means I've gained 1.2 pounds over the last two weigh-ins. Not catastrophic in the long run, but highly discouraging.

It's that time of week again!
I am down 3 pounds from last week- yay!
Next week, I do my measurements, and I am sure there will be a change. I can see a difference in certain pieces of clothing.
How is everyone else doing?
