				<description>&#060;p&#062;I had a super cool week. I'm maintaining at minus 10 lbs now which is awesome. Maintenance is more important to me than significant losses. I am grateful for the days when my physical conditions allow me to work out and I find I embrace my exercises with a lot more vigor as a result than I used to.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;NOw for the crowning story for me last week: I was in a hurry to get to work and was headed to something &#034;yucky&#034; so I decided to dress up really well. I put on a skirt that works well for me. By the time I reached the car, the skirt had slipped down several inches. I had no time to change the entire outfit. I ran back to the house and put on my red belt. I couldn't find the holes. I put on my glasses in case I couldn't see the holes any longer. The last hole was nowhere near where I needed it to be. The belt was literally below my hips. Finally I was able to find an elatastecized belt that I used while also hitching up my skirt all day. A good problem to have.

I just try to really listen to my body and I am going to physical therapy which helps alot and lets me pick t he brain of my therapist. So far so good!

&#060;p&#062;Khris, no, I haven't *sheepish look*. I really should though, and I have no excuse not to.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Kim, you hit the nail on the head. All I did until last week was cardio and last week the weight workouts had me too sore to do anything on the off days. This week I will be fitting in both cardio and strength training. Let's see if that helps any.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Kendra, you're doing extremely well for someone who recently had major surgery! Focus on eating clean and please take care not to over strain because of your enthusiasm!

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Wow, great job as always ladies!! And for those not seeing a loss but at least maintaining, that is an equal accomplishment so give yourselves a pat on the bag!!&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I have had a mixed week. I got to the gym a couple days, but not as many as I would have liked. I really worked on my moderation this week, letting myself eat non-diet food but trying to pay close attention to the portion. I think that worked out well. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I have gained a few pounds back which I anticipated since some of my recent loss was due to the stomach flu. But my clothing is still sitting well, some are lose, and I fit into a pair of 31 premium denims that I hadn't fit into yet. Admittedly I did indulge in one and a half mini cupcakes today, but it was a coworkers birthday and these cupcakes are EASILY the best I have ever had. So I will just hit the gym hard after work and NOT beat myself up over it!!

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I didn't post a big loss this week, but I'm actually surprised I lost at all. My brother and my boyfriend both had birthdays which were celebrated in decadent style at my parents' place this weekend (always a tricky food situation), plus I did far too much emotional eating in light of our cat's death and other stuff. Losing 0.6 pounds isn't fabulous, but it sure beats the alternative and I'm glad I did better than I thought I had. I've lost 22.4 pounds in all since starting this thing. I want a better week this time out so that the 25-pound mark doesn't seem so far away!&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I'm also reporting on behalf of Marianna, who's on a plane right now. She's dropped one pound this week...go her!&#060;/p&#062;

Vani: sorry the scale isn't moving! Try not to get too discouraged. I'm sure people who have overcome weight plateaus will have lots of great tips.
