				<description>&#060;p&#062;Yay, we're all back on track. I lost 2 pounds this week which I'm really happy with. I've been really sick all week (I came back to Chicago and got sick, the weather change maybe?) and I've been craving comfort food nonstop -- but I conquered the cravings. I also love tea with honey and lemon when I'm sick, but honey has a billion grams of sugar so I've stayed away. All in all I am pleased with myself.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;2 pounds per week seems to be my average. Healthy, slow, and steady.

1 can diced tomato&#060;br /&#062;
1 onion&#060;br /&#062;
2 garlic cloves&#060;br /&#062;
2 cans kidney beans&#060;br /&#062;
1 can black beans&#060;br /&#062;
1 pound extra lean ground turkey (pre-browned)&#060;br /&#062;
pepper to taste&#060;br /&#062;
allspice, chili powder, and red pepper flakes to taste&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Stuck it in the crock pot for four hours on high. I also found a cornbread mix that's dairy and gluten free - no upset tummy or bloating, yay. :)&#060;/p&#062;

Congratulations to you too, Sarah! You actually managed to resist superbowl treats? :)&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I am also happy to report a good week in which I dropped 3.2 pounds. I started this weight loss effort exactly two months ago today, and I've shed 17.6 pounds during that time. Corey has kept up a similar pace and dropped 16.4. I'm really, really pleased with how it's going so far. I want to maintain this pace if I can, which will require me to lose between eight and nine pounds in the next month. That's my next short-ish term goal. This week may be rough with birthday festivities starting Thursday and including a weekend visit to the parents, but hopefully I can keep losing.

&#060;p&#062;My keeping &#034;making small changes&#034; thing worked for a few days, but last week my one baking allowable for the weekwas a triple batch and that really sidelined me. And despite having a weekend full of exercise (5k race and long distance swim race) my weight was higher than for ages this morning. But is is TOM for me too, and the resultant drop in appetite kicked in today, so I'm hopeful for better news tomorrow.

I am so pleased to report that I have lost 5 pounds this week (despite it being that time of the month). It almost makes up for not having lost the whole last month. I haven't lost 5 pounds in a week for a very long time, so this is huge for me. I know that several of us had rough weigh ins last week, so I'm hoping that we have all turned it around and can share some success.&#060;br /&#062;
