Great! I'm so proud of you all! We should all, lets say, in two or three months post photos of the before and after! To show our progresses!

I meant to chime in on last week's thread but had a super busy weekend. I FINALLY registered a 2 lb loss after almost 4 weeks of working out and eating clean. Maybe I need to do more to jump start my metabolism. I used to drink a mixture of 1 tsp honey + 1 tsp lime juice every morning when I was in India and it really helped. I don't know if it is going to work now in my 30s but I'm thinking it wouldn't hurt to give it a shot. I've lost inches off my tummy line and according to DH this morning, I should get my BF jacket taken in because it looks too boxy now

Great job, everyone! I didn't weigh this morning because I was afraid to. I had a great week all week and then binged on Saturday. I'm blaming my nerves, but there really is no excuse.
I wont' be able to work out for awhile with my back being messed up, but I can still eat good and should be able to lose some every week.
I'm not of the Catholic persuasion, but my husband and I always take part in Lent for personal reasons. I like the challenge of going without something for a period of time. I think it's a good exercise for several reasons.
I am cutting out white sugar. I usually avoid it M-F, but I usually get plenty on the weekends. Eek. So this will be good for me.

Wow, Khris! Talk about a silver lining. Glad the drop in weight came at the same time as your recovery! :)

It was a slow week for me, but one I can understand. I posted a fairly lame loss of 0.6 pounds, which I attribute mostly to the fact that TOTM was reeking extreme havoc on all aspects of my body for several days. The good news is that even this minimal loss was enough to push me over the 20 pound mark! I've dropped 20.2 overall, while Corey has reached 21.4 after a particularly good week on his end.

I'm also reporting on behalf of Marianna, who's strutting her stylish stuff at a temp agency all day and won't have much computer access for awhile. She asked me to tell you that after a shaky weigh-in last Monday, she's back on track with a 1.2-pound loss.

Yea Marianna! And thanks for pushing me to walk yesterday when motivation was low.

I had a horrrible stomach flu this weekend (the whole family did), but it brought my weight down by 5 pounds so I'm not complaining. We're all feeling a lot better today.
How is everyone else doing?
