				<description>&#060;p&#062;Wow, way to go. I'm so excited for all of you! I have also posted a loss for the week (1.2). Which I'm thrilled about. Things settled down, so I was able to cook more. I've also cut out desserts/sugar, which is also feeling good. My goal for this week is to continue doing what's worked, and to add in only 1/2 portions if I go out. :)&#060;/p&#062;

&#060;p&#062;This week is going to be about getting back to basics for me.  A week of working nights, having bad 4am snacks (caffeine, ice-cream) and rushed meals when I am either dead tired and about to sleep or just woken up and getting ready for work have caught up with me and I'm just feeling blah.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I've also got a piriformis/knee injury thats been plaguing me for about a month now. I went on a 1 hour walk the other day and my hips and leg just hurt the whole time. I've got a physio appointment tomorrow and I'm praying she'll sort this out. I'm missing being able to jog or even walk without pain!!

				<description>&#060;p&#062;2.2 pounds lost this week! Woo hoo. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;That brings me up to 7 pounds lost since January 1. I don't know how much I've lost since we started this process because I was using a different (and inaccurate scale) before. So I'm only counting from January 1.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I am hoping to lose another 2 pounds next week, which seems to be my healthy average!&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I have to say, I am extremely proud of myself this week. I ate out at various restaurants numerous times and I did very well! I even tackled a peer pressure situation where the whole table ordered alcohol, a fried appetizer, unhealthy entrees, and dessert -- yet I remained strong and drank only iced tea and ate rare ahi tuna and a side salad. I could have easily eaten some of the fried appetizer, but I didn't. And I could have easily had a few tastes of the dessert, but I didn't. The alcohol was no big deal because I'm not a drinker, but it takes sooo much self control for me to stay away from unhealthy foods that are right in front of my face and I conquered! :)&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;So needless to say, I am pleased with myself this week. I was scared to weigh myself because of the numerous restaurant outings, but the scale reported back good news.  Yay!

I am so happy to report a 2 pound loss from last week, bringing my total of weight lost so far up to 55 pounds, and I met my third mini-goal of getting my BMI under 30. I worked really hard this week, so I am glad that it showed.&#060;br /&#062;
