(Since you mentioned not needing to worry about airline limits/ carry-on restrictions etc). </p> https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/wiwx5-work-travel-outfits#post-2315314 Mon, 27 Mar 2023 11:11:01 +0000 Tanya 2315314@https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/ <p>I promised to post actual outfits worn to my recent work travel trip when discussing the capsule <a rel="nofollow" href="https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/a-travel-capsule-for-a-work-trip">here</a>, but couldn't snap the photos while on the&nbsp; trip.&nbsp; Thus, I recreated the outfits when back while unpacking.</p> <p>The capsule worked very well and I was quite pleased.&nbsp; I did not need the oxfords or some extra tops, but it was good to have them.&nbsp; I wore all the outfits as planned, with the exception of the final/casual dinner out, instead of the planned nicer mixed media top I wore a simple cashmere sweater as I was craving comfort and warmth.&nbsp; I only snapped a photo with the coat and and the bag in the first outfit, but you can imagine them over everything else, too.</p> <p>1st outfit, worn for travel both ways (#1-3): striped sweater with dotty scarf, cuffed jeans, cream high top Converse, navy coat and bag.<br />2nd outfit (#4-5), for the reception the evening before: patterned silk blouse, dark flare jeans, navy blazer, navy booties.<br />3rd outfit (#6), for the first workshop day: navy suit, cream knit, navy booties, patterned silk scarf<br />4th outfit (#7-9), for the second workshop day: pattern mix in navy/cobalt/cream: plaid blazer and striped merino sweater, wide navy pants, navy booties.&nbsp; Wore the jacket first buttoned and later opened.&nbsp; Got a compliment that I was looking "colorful" that day.<br />5th outfit (#10), a casual dinner out before driving back the next morning: blue cashmere sweater, jeans, navy booties, a different patterned silk scarf.</p>
