You used brown in the whole spectrum from the very warms in 1-2-3 to the cooler tones/schemes in the last few (which I always preffered for myself, too). For many years crop kick flares have been my favorites, and I have a lot of them. Hence all the outfits became interpretations of a recent Outfit Formula Angie posted, Bits of Brown for Fall.&nbsp; I tried to stick to solid clothing pieces (with one exception in the final outfit), and use patterned accessories to tie the colors.&nbsp; <i>(Note: it has been cloudy with bad light for photos, so photos were not taken in real time.&nbsp; I had to wait for some sun - first time today in 5 days- to try to get some half-decent shots.&nbsp; Hence the wrinkles as the items have been folded on the chair waiting for the sun, they were not wrinkled when actually worn</i>).</p> <p>Here are 5 outfits on this theme worn since the past Saturday (same navy crossbody bag and silver watch worn for all of them, so the bag is not always photographed):<br />1)&nbsp; #1,2&amp;3: rust satin slip skirt, navy linen short sleeve sweater, navy/rust silk scarf, rust booties.&nbsp; &nbsp;The Rag &amp;Bone booties were a lucky find at the Rack, at 90% off. Considering how well they fit my skinny ankles, which is super rare, I couldn't leave them behind.<br />2)&nbsp; #4: Brown wool cropped wrap blazer, navy/cream herringbone linen cropped pants, navy/brown snakeskin booties<br />3) #5,6&amp;7: Brown sleeveless turtleneck knit, cream wide leg pants with brown side stripe, cream oxfords, and worn briefly when it cooled off, navy leather moto<br />4) #8: denim shirt worn open over cream rib knit, brown cropped pants, brown lizard textured booties, silk snakeskin scarf that combines brown, cream &amp; faded denim<br />5) #9: Navy blazer belted with brown belt over patterned pleated skirt, same knit and booties as above.&nbsp; The skirt is paisley in shades of navy, cream and medium brown, and I got it last year specifically for this capsule.</p> <p>You can probably see why I am getting a brown bag soon.&nbsp; &nbsp;The navy crossbody here is on it's last breath, so I have ordered a replacement.</p> </p>
