The peacoat does look roomy but I think the roominess is accentuated because it's paired with wide leg pants. I think it would look just fine with a slimmer bottom. Flounce and 70s, a lovely pairing ^^ Oxfords look good with #2/3, a little springier than booties would and still high-vamped enough to close the gap there. Love #4 sans jacket so we can see more of the pretty printed blouse. I like the cream pea coat; it looks like it's supposed to be a straight, roomy cut (as opposed to "just too big" as sometimes happens). I see what you're saying about #6 versus #7 though. Perhaps it needs that extra lower layer to fill it out? I don't think that's a dealbreaker. Three of my outfits this week were built around three different styles of trendy jeans: full length flare, cropped kick flare and culottes.&nbsp; (The outfit I already posted a couple of days ago, on <a href="http://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/wiw-426-triple-denim-day-4" rel="nofollow">Triple Denim</a>, had the fourth type- cropped skinny).</p> <p>#1, Monday 4/25: Full length flare J Brand jeans with flouncy hem white Loft sweater, and pointy nude Cole Haan wedges.&nbsp; For extra '70s touch, accessorized with long skinny paisley scarf in shades of blue and purple, and picked up the purple with orchid Kelsi Dagger tote.</p> <p>#2-3, Thursday 4/28: It was raining a lot, so I couldn't wear my navy suede booties that I usually wear with Express cropped kick flare jeans when it is cold. Instead wore my navy Gap oxfords, curious what you think of the high vamped shoes with the cropped flare jeans.&nbsp; On the top I layered an open back navy AT sweater over blueberry print peplum ON cami, that I got recently since&nbsp; the colors were slam dunk for a capsule inspired by Karen's <a href="http://youlookfab.com/2016/03/11/capsule-vanilla-kiwi-blueberry-gelato/" rel="nofollow">Blueberry Gelato</a> one.&nbsp; Topped it all with my navy&nbsp; La Maison peacoat and silver RM satchel.</p> <p>#4-7 Today, 4/29: It was really cold so I layered a lot: floral flouncy F21 floral blouse, taupe leather Marciano moto jacket and cream Soya&amp;Kyo peacoat with taupe trim. This was combined with WHBM denim culottes worn over tall tan Gee Wawa boots, and taupe BR bag.</p> <p>I am curious what do you think about the fit of the cream peacoat, is it a bit big and does it need some tailoring.&nbsp; Unlike the navy one which is fitted and tailored, the cream one is straight and boxier.&nbsp;&nbsp; I was right between sizes so I went with the bigger one to be able to layer the coat over jackets. In #6, it is layered over the leather moto so it doesn't look too big to my eye, but it #7, where I removed the jacket and layered it directly over the blouse, it does.&nbsp; Thoughts? </p>
