Some men, however, just have a gut reaction to a piece of clothing or an outfit without knowing why. So, you may find that tweaking an outfit your man doesn't like might change the outfit into something he *does* like. Men can be funny that way.<br /><br />I have an example that is only tangentially related to fashion, and it isn't even a perfect example. But it does illustrate how the male mind sometimes works. My boyfriend believes that he hates the smell of patchouli. Mention it, and he wrinkles his nose and declares it disgusting. However, whenever I wear a fragrance that is heavy on the patchouli, he will always comment that I smell good. I will then disclose the patchouli factor to him.
