I wear mine just a smidge above the knee and I'm in my 60s. If it was a "serious" skirt, I'd wear it longer, but I've always thought casual, summer skirts look best if they are short and kicky-- more like an alternative to shorts than an "I'm getting dressed up" look. I wear mine like I would a pair of shorts: with a host of different color T's and tops.</p> <p>While the white is so fresh and pretty, why not use your skirt as a fun way to explore mixing different colors and patterns. While I'm definitely on Team Neutral and usually avoid pattern mixing like the plague, I found it was fun to take baby steps in the summer with my skirt and mix it with orange, green, turquoise, purple--you get the idea--tops; some even had a bit of a pattern (living dangerously there!).
