That might be making you feel blah. That's a tough colour for anyone to wear , in my opinion. Try adding in some real colour with accessories : like a red leather cuff , or red enamel or Bakelite bracelets , navy or red shoes ( or a bright coloured mix ), the same brighter colours or red bag , and earrings . Makeup can go a long way to adding contrast and punching up a look. Photos aren't very good, sorry.</p> <p>I thought I loved the shirt dress but as I was walking the dogs around the block the other morning got to wondering if the neighbors might think I was in a house coat?? Regardless, I wore it to work twice this week (different locations) once with leopard sneakers and once with gold Ecco sandals. I do love the pockets and it is muy comfortable.</p> <p>I finally got around to shortening the BR cropped flares and decided to make the hem a little more prominent than I usually do by making it wider and using contrasting thread. I hope the length looks ok! The Eileen Fisher linen top probably isn't the best silhouette for these pants.....a less voluminous tee would probably be a safer look.</p> <p>Bonus pic of what appears to be a lost fawn in front of our house. Hope the poor thing found its mom!</p> <p>Criticisms and comments are welcome! </p>
