I envy you that you are able to thrift. Our shops are closed. I want to have the same strategy as you have.. buy sweaters used since they pill quickly anyway. Especially since I wear a small cross body bag constantly for my glucose meter and the strap causes any pills. Older sweaters seem better made and pill less. The best ever was a. A man’s cashmere V neck. She sleeps in it. That sweater never pilled. I’m working in my 8 year old citron t-neck right now, (from&nbsp;J.Crew). 85% merino wool, 15% nylon. It has never pilled, and looks new. Never stretched or shrunk either. A workhorse that I will keep until it falls apart.
