Winners<br />beige puffer - Uniqlo<br />olive utility jacket - BR<br />jeans - MAC<br />olive sneakers - Josef Seibel</p> <p>#2 DH says this is his favourite time to river watch - the water is low enough to show the many levels of the rock bottom and fish are migrating upstream. &nbsp;I felt a weight lift today, because the tape and barricades that blocked the paths along the river were removed today. &nbsp;Alas, we saw several cars with Big City license plates parked near access routes. &nbsp;The river usually draws tourists and fisher folk in the spring and the fall when the fish run up stream to spawn.</p>
