I think that outfit should definitely be worn out and about in the future. It's a more waist surrendering version than the second. I see what Angie does with the peplum top, but that look is still pretty. I think the peplum would work <i>better</i> with a pencil that had a full lining because then the focus goes to the peplum. But the more I was looking at it, the more it was growing on me - I think if the whole skirt was lined the outfit would look very frumpy, but this is actually very interesting and more than "just&nbsp;works".
