I really felt great in this outfit - I think it's my new dressy go-to. I think it'd also work with a black pencil skirt and hose, but it was rainy and cold that night and I wanted to be warm. </p> <p>As it turned out the traffic was hideous (Bay Area drivers seem to forget how to drive in rain on a regular basis) and we weren't going to make it to symphony on time, so we ended up going out to a nice dinner at a new place instead - sort of my birthday dinner. Which was lovely and fun. </p> <p>Nicole, the cream eyeliner was from elf - a new line to me but I've really liked what I've tried from it so far. It was the first eyeliner I've ever used that was still there at the end of the night! I'm especially proud of the bronze heels to echo the brown and bronze in the sweater (I see people @ the symphony all the time in jeans, sigh, so this is my contribution to ameliorate that trend.) awkward bathroom mirror shot is to attempt to show the new cream eyeliner look I'm trying. Feels OTT to me, but then I'm usually a makeup minimalist. Take care, all. </p>
