Bear with me, this is long, but it was really helpful to me to write it all down as I was thinking it through. Also I'm getting faster at doing this, which make me happy </p> <p><b>The Lemon purse:</b> It only went with green, yellow, brown and white. Making it work with any other colors seemed contrived. I have only a few green items, and nothing in yellow, so it failed the "multiple outfits" test. I don't love it enough to buy things in those colors.&nbsp;Also upon closer inspection the canvas fabric (including the bottom) is white&nbsp;and looks rather flimsy. (hard to believe it was originally $120) &nbsp;This will get dirty in a heartbeat and be hard to clean. Also as <b>AJ</b>&nbsp;noticed I already said I wasn't crazy about this purse style. So I will return it and keep my eyes open for some other lemony-thing. &nbsp; <br />&nbsp;<br /><b>Blush top:</b> I liked the idea of adding a blush item to my wardrobe, but this top didn't quite meet my fit/style goals. A lot of the detail draws the eye downward instead of upward which works better on me. A little bit of a sleeve is proportionally much better on me than sleeveless and I have some sleeveless tops already. Also I decided the embellishment is just too much and it's too wide at the bottom. So it's going back.</p> <p><b>The grey cargos: </b>these are good. I can build several outfits with black tops, black sandals, blue or white tops and&nbsp; bronze sandals. The fit is good although need to take the waist in a bit in back (as always). The re is one minor issue -&nbsp;there are buttons on the back pocket flaps that stick out quite a bit and catch on tops, not to mention putting emphasis on my derriere.&nbsp;&nbsp;:-). They are attached with metal studs. I may just cut out those buttons and do a small patch. </p> <p><b>The denim&nbsp;dress </b>is a yes in all ways. . This dress works with the red bag and brown sandals&nbsp;as stated above. Also&nbsp;with the new&nbsp;blue bagIand bronze sandals for a slightly dressier look. And with black heeled sandals and white clutch it's even dressier. Lots of choices! The fit seems to be just right. </p> <p><b>Blue bag:</b> goes with SO much in my closet! Works with the denim dress and a whole bunch of other stuff. I had a feeling a light blue bag would work. Feeling patriotic colors as we approach US Memorial Day weekend. <br />Pic #1 - outfit</p> <p>- two really fun bags, brought them home to see if they will work with multiple outfits. <br />Pic #2 - blue tote (the find is a light gold)<br />Find - lemon crossbody; I don't normally like bags with separate outer pockets like this but the&nbsp;tote bag option was a bit too big.<br />&nbsp;<br />- Blush sleeveless embellished top (gathers at back waist) and grey capris/crops...shown in two diff lengths since they are adjustable. Which length is best? Is the top a little too long? <br />#3 and 4</p> <p>-Denim dress with lace/embroidery on upper back. The back is a little longer than the front. My old voice would have said my thighs are not slim enough for a dress this shape. What do you think? </p> <p>#4 and 5 with the bronze sandals<br />#6 with my old brown sofft gladiators and the lemon bag</p>
