What I tried was tailored, and I ended up with issues between shoulder fit and body fit.<br /> Loved what was in store and the colour ways of the collection. Store fronts and windows seem to be showing fall - olive, teal, navy, mustard, rose/blush, and of course black. I have an appreciation of leather, and Canada does leather well...but gosh, the leather shores here are fabulous!</p> <p>DH and I notice that arm length seems to be cut different here, and are pleasantly surprised by the extra inches provided!</p> <p>(Thanks, Angie! DH teased me about the same thing. DH has a habit of bringing very run down shoes on trips, getting shin splints, then buying new shoes abroad. This trip was no different than any other, and I feel he got the Lion's share of the shopping haul!</p> <p>Inge provided a list of stores we might like to check out. We did! all of them, and more! De Bijenkorf was fun, as were the many cool boutiques on the streets crossing the Western canals.</p> <p>#1 what I wore<br /> #2 DH's haul - John Varvatos suede jacket (at a quarter of the original price!), a Tumi toiletries bag, a grey shirt (Asics), Ecco and Clark black shoes.<br /> #3 I'm upgrading my mariner T-shirts with two by Armor Lux<br /> #4 snapped at the flower market<br /> #5 too tired to go out for dinner, we picked up some Gouda, grapes, salami, a baguette, and a bottle of wine and ate in! </p>
