I've been on YLF for 4 years (where has the time gone?) and it's very hard to let go of those items that, to me, fit well and look good - and especially items that are of good quality. My "holding zone" closet is quite full but it's in the basement so t's out of sight. I have pulled out some previously "I'm tired of you" items and started wearing them again.</p> <p>Ms. Maven, the Regent is my favorite J Crew blazer, in fact, it's my favorite blazer, period. The pants in my Finds are not the same color - mine are a dark teal green. I did an alteration on the pants (added an inch to the length), nothing else needed alterations.&nbsp;</p> <p>Pic 2 - Worn in 2013. I still have the top (in fact I'm wearing it as loungewear right now) and the skirt, but not the booties. Everything in this outfit except the booties was new at the time.</p> <p>Pic 3 - Worn in 2014. I'm wearing sunglasses because I had just had eyelid surgery. Nothing from this outfit remains in my wardrobe. Everything in this outfit is older than the items in the outfit I wore in 2013.</p> <p>Hopefully my style has evolved for the better, but there is one thing that I noticed, especially in the 2013 and 2016 outfits - I like trendy silhouettes (at least they're trendy in my mind).&nbsp;</p> <p>Have you noticed similarities and differences in your own style over the last few years? What are they? </p>
