I am honing in on your "skirt + banded top", a look I am trialling. &nbsp;I like the jacket you chose, it seems to create balanced proportions.&nbsp; https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/wiw-x4-weekend-outfits-with-a-rae-copycat#post-901530 Sun, 07 Apr 2013 20:06:22 +0000 Tanya 901530@https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/ We finally have some sun here, and it looks that spring just might be commencing! &nbsp;A bit chillier yesterday and quite warm today, so perfect for white denim.<br />I ended up wearing three different outfits yesterday:<br />#1/2 was a for a very early meeting (9 am on a Saturday morning!). &nbsp;I almost overslept, so I dressed in a hurry. &nbsp;Straight &nbsp;white&nbsp;J Brand jeans, polka dot chambray Gap shirt, striped ON sweater, purple Benetton coat and taupe Report booties.<br />I was going shopping after the meeting and decided to change, as the jeans, which are already 2 sizes too big for me, stretched out even more - they were almost falling of my hips and I was feeling sloppy and frumpy in them. &nbsp;I guess I have some white BF jeans there. &nbsp;So I tweaked the outfit a little (3/4): &nbsp;I substituted the jeans for my properly fitting 7FAMK skinnies and the layered tops for a simple Gap polka dot sweater, as I did not want to have too many layers to take off and put back on. &nbsp;I also added a blue scarf which was mistake - it was too hot for it so I promptly removed it when I got outside.<br />#5 shows my outfit for a ballroom social - I was in a bit of a dark mood so I went for a darker outfit: Express studded black tunic, Rock%Republic oxblood coated skinnies and new Donald J Pliner pointy wedges. &nbsp;The shoes are insanely comfy and I am really glad I got them.<br />#6/7 is today's outfit: &nbsp;I a going to the Rack to return a belt I bough yesterday which is to big-don't know what I was thinking! &nbsp;I was inspired by Rae's fabulous outfit with full ombre skirt yesterday to dig out mine. &nbsp;I went for a full banded top with it according to Angie's recent blog post and am not sure if this works or not. &nbsp;Too cold for&nbsp;sleeveless, so I added my cropped white&nbsp;denim&nbsp;jacket. &nbsp; White&nbsp;denim&nbsp;jacket and blue ombre skirt -Express, blue silk jersey banded top - BR, tan boots -JS tan bag - H&amp;M.<br /><br />All the feedback welcome as always!
