YLF! </p> https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/wiw-x3-dark-forest-cozy-ffbo-and-a-meh-bootcut-outfit#post-1092033 Wed, 20 Nov 2013 17:35:59 +0000 Diana 1092033@https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/ <p>I'm getting behind on posting my WIWs, so here are three all together from this week, in reverse chronological weather.</p> <p>1-3: Wearing this as I speak today.&nbsp; I love the dark foresty blacks, blues, greens, and yes even the browns of this outfit (somehow this jacket makes wearing the brown shoes a lot easier for me, maybe because it incorporates both black and brown.)&nbsp; Last year, I wore this plaid riding jacket exclusively all buttoned up but this year I'm liking the cropped, boxy shape of the double breasted jacket left undone.&nbsp; What do you think?&nbsp; The little lace scarf is handknit by me.&nbsp; I really like how it looks under the jacket lapels!</p> <p>4: This is definitely a winter FFBO for me.&nbsp; Handknit sweater, interesting skinnies, and boots with some detail.&nbsp; Only three pieces (and unseen layering cami underneath), but none of them boring.&nbsp; Perfect.</p> <p>5-6: A bootcut outfit that I was not totally pleased with.&nbsp; I think the hi-low top is just a little too long for bootcuts (although it works fine with skinnies).&nbsp; I would have tried to semi-tuck but I wasn't wearing a belt.&nbsp; This outfit is possibly too light on top and too dark on the bottom too; it would probably have worked better with my other, lighter bootcuts.</p> <p>Outfit details:<br />1-3: Max&amp;Mia jacket, F21 tee, handknit lace scarf, Kut jeans, Matiss boots.<br />4: handknit sweater, LibertyxPaige jeans, Remonte Dorndorf boots.<br />5-6: Gap academy blazer, Anthro top, Joe's bootcuts, Born oxfords, Etsy pendant. </p>
