The red belt draws the eye lower and has the over all effect of making you look taller -- along with the heels that draw the eye down. #3 the wedge sneaks lengthen your leg and seem to extend the visual footprint of the skirt. But alas, Cassis has gone the way of the Dodo. It was a terrific store for Canadian women with lovely, simple, higher quality clothes that nodded to trends without being overtaken by them -- sophisticated and elegant clothes with clean lines. This top was actually a gift from our own Celia who decided that that taupe colour didn't suit her so well.&nbsp;</p> <p>I actually think this would be a super simple top to sew, however, and I have been wondering about Jayne's idea of buying fabric and taking it to a seamstress. There are no zippers or buttonholes except for the tab sleeves (which could easily be omitted as tabs). If you can sew, it would be the easiest thing in the world to make.
