And look at you TUCKING TOPS! </p> https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/wiw-wrap-skirt-ensemble-for-cold-spring#post-2024231 Fri, 03 May 2019 15:58:38 +0000 Diana 2024231@https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/ <p>When I saw this morning's outfit formula, I knew I had to give it a try! &nbsp;After all, Angie dubbed me the <a rel="nofollow" href="https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/my-wrap-skirts-for-angie">wrap skirt queen</a>! &nbsp;However, it's actually quite cold, grey, and dreary today, despite the fact that it's May. &nbsp;Since all the options in today's post were on the summery side, I had to make some adjustments for the weather. &nbsp;Luckily I own several heavier wrap skirts so it was pretty easy. &nbsp;</p> <p>I went for a version of the second outfit formula (Floral Tough) with a touch of #4 thrown in (I liked the look of the white tee from that one). &nbsp; This is a wool plaid midi wrap skirt made by my mom. &nbsp;I usually use a bigger, more dramatic kilt pin but I couldn't find it this morning, so had to settle for a small one. Since my skirt is plaid and not floral, I added the floral element in the tee. &nbsp;I finished off the look with my black combat boots and a black cardigan for warmth. &nbsp;I actually like it better without the cardigan (#2) but it's just too cold right now to be wearing only a tee. &nbsp;</p> <p>Thanks for the inspiration, Angie! &nbsp;I have other outfit combinations in my head for when it gets warmer. </p>
