I SO want a poncho like that!! #1 looks cozy and comfy and perfectly on trend; yummy color combo, too. I think the turtleneck layering in #2 works, though I wonder if perhaps a lower neckline would work better (like a scoop) so you end up just with colored sleeves? Or possibly wear with footwear that has a week bit of heel to elongate everything.
