I have very fussy feet, so all heels over 2" feel like I'm walking on gravel. But I&nbsp;bought these because they are Doc Martens, which are less agonizing than any other heel brand I've worn. If you're a person who normally tolerates heels well, you'd probably find these pretty comfy. (I don't wear any very high end shoes though, so I can't compare to Louboutins or anything.)&nbsp;</p> <p>@Deborah - your wish is my command. I'll post a tube skirt look&nbsp;in the next few days here.&nbsp;</p> <p>@Rae - Sheer blouse is a good idea. I'll have to try to find one without any hint of crispness though, as this dress is a very thin jersey and bunches easily over layers.&nbsp;</p> <p>@Day Vies - I have a much easier time styling with pants than skirts/dresses, for sure. That's actually why I originally posted for help - I didn't know how to wear them with anything but pants without looking a bit too sexy for comfort. I tried on that combination, and it's definitely a winner. But while I was in my closet&nbsp;I remembered this dress, and&nbsp;realized&nbsp;that&nbsp;the&nbsp;brown tones might help pick up the gold hardware on the boots. (I don't wear gold or brown normally.)&nbsp;I'll certainly post a tube skirt/blouse-y top combo in the future though, if anyone's interested.&nbsp;</p> <p>I added a plain black long sleeved shirt under the dress, because our air conditioning makes the office arctic, and I'm already one of those people that wears a cardigan in mid-summer. I'm not completely sure about the effect, but I don't like the dress with a topper either. Anyone else have a good solution, besides opera gloves? :P&nbsp;</p> <p>Sorry about post of near identical pics; I included #3&nbsp;(in full sun)&nbsp;so you can see the black/brown marbling in the dress&nbsp;more clearly.&nbsp; </p>
