What is suggesting itself is something solid in the same color family from white to gray to black, and especially a high-necked item. A black turtleneck that comes way up or a white Victorian stand collar blouse maybe. Hair is a mess, but that is pretty accurate after fighting through the wind)</p> <p>The second picture is a&nbsp;thrifted jacket I'm testing out&nbsp;and experimenting with pattern on pattern. Shirt underneath is thrifted, jeans are Kohl's Rock and Republic, heeled booties are Clarks.&nbsp;</p> <p>Any and all ideas are welcome </p>
