My indestructible pleather&nbsp;tall brown wedge boots have come out to play.&nbsp;These have basically become my snow/rain/slush boots since they are warm, waterproof and salt never seems to affect them.&nbsp;</p> <p>I'm also featuring two new cardigans I purchased this past week at BR; neither one is showing up on the site yet, or I'd add the links.</p> <p>Pic 1: <br />Skirted leggings again. With the addition of tall boots + warmest knee length puffer, I wasn't quite as&nbsp;cold in this.&nbsp;It's difficult to see in the photo but this BR cardigan is a rich ink color, not black. It cascades in front&nbsp;and the back hits at my waist. I played around a bit and found I preferred the cotton tee&nbsp;tucked in, rather than out, with the skirted leggings; just looked more proportionate to my eyes. Super warm and cozy scarf from BR.&nbsp;</p> <p>Pic 2:&nbsp;<br />Grey cardigan with leather patch pockets. Oh, how I love the pockets on this! Such a cool detail. Same scarf again. Ponte knit pants (but this could also work with the skirted leggings). Jcrew scoop neck tee to create a column of color underneath.&nbsp;</p> <p>I find it funny that I'd pretty much given up on Ink - and now I am finding it everywhere. I suppose the color is finally filtering down to petites! For the record I do like ink as an alternative to black. It's just that I am picky and dislike navy, which is just not the same as ink!</p> <p></p> <p>ETA: additional pics of the grey cardigan so you can see the shape&nbsp;better. Unfortunately for the ink cardigan this pic is all I've got.</p> </p>
