I think your fears about finding the right office style can now be laid to rest. Yay!</p> <p>In terms of the first 2 weeks down...once you develop your own network and get deeper into your projects, I bet you will like it more. Right now, I'm sure it's a bit isolating being new, and having to depend on others to help guide you. But, the first 6 months might be like this until you figure out your niche in the company. Fingers crossed for you that you discover your "tribe" and soon.</p> <p>It's tough nowadays, esp with so many telecommuters. The actual office itself becomes a bit like a ghost town, and it gets harder to make personal connections.</p> <p>What are your working at home options?
