To&nbsp; my eyes the culprit is rather the paler color of the booties. I wouldn’t have tried had it not been for Angie’s posts on mixing plaids and mixing warm and cool colors. This feels OTT even for me, but fabric wise it is very comfy since the skirt is a slightly stretchy (but pilling) knit. What do you think? </p>
