Angie warned the material was different and it is. It falls just as nicely, but it does sort of come as a shock, lol.</p> <p>Re. the shoes: They're a very old pair of sadly-out-of-business Giraudon platforms. I mention them because they've only lasted this long because I don't wear them often because they're hard to walk far in because, as Angie has recently explained, the soles don't bend. The points on the hem of the sweater are echoed in the straps of the sandals, so pleasing.<br /> A slip is a good idea. Even my Target (the Target at the end of the universe) has slips so do check yours out. I bought a full one rather than a half slip so there is one less line of constriction at the waist.<br /> Not wishing them to persist but I hope the pants aren't the cause of the "knots". The length and fluid fit are very flattering. The print does not seem "too J. Crew for you" at all. Love the sandals with it. The circus pants look pretty good to me and the fact that you don't have to wear a super high heel with them would make them a lot more versatile. You'll have to try them again in a week or two to see if it's the waist-band that bothers you, or something you had for lunch.&nbsp;</p>
