When you touch the fabric, you can tell that it has a synthetic in it, and I worry a little about it pilling, but for the price, it was worth it for me. Really, the fact that I can have my tailor knock it off when it wears out is a huge plus. </p> <p>Ariadne, I'm very happy to share sizing. I'm a fairly broad shouldered gal. I've always worn a 10 or 12 in jackets, no matter how slender or not I have been. I usually run between a medium and a large in jackets. This one is a medium. I often size to my lower end when something has fitted shoulders and a loose middle. Something about the proportions of this outfit isn't working to my eye, but maybe I'm being too picky. I think it might look better with a longer cardigan.
