Here I've layered my green peplum top over a 70's-ish printed blouse.&nbsp; The blouse actually has a big ruffle at the hem, which can be a bit awkward on its own but I rather like the peplum on peplum effect it creates here.&nbsp; The springy weather means that the sidewalks are covered with slush and big puddles, so no bootcuts for me today. Instead I'm wearing some skinnies and my waterproof pewter patent boots.&nbsp; </p> <p>(Halogen peplum top, Liberty x Target blouse, Vince skinnies, Naot boots) </p>
