Somehow plaid and lace and silver seemed very Anna-inspirational. Mine is much tamer than anything you'd wear. &nbsp;(You'd do it as a plaid shirt, a lace and leather pleated skirt and silver boots, I'm convinced!) &nbsp;Outfit one is definitely some of your inspiration rubbing off to make me a little more daring. Their pewter shiny leather for the body, black patent for the heel, in a 3" wedge base. &nbsp;The leopard shoes are from JCrew last year. &nbsp;This year they have the same ones in calf hair. Mine are leopard print patent, which I adore to no end. No hairs breaking off. Wearing like iron. I try not to indulge it too much, but I do. I also have a sweet eye for glen plaid. &nbsp;I recently bought these trousers (on sale), which combine both. &nbsp;I&nbsp;had them shortened and am wearing them today with my black lace front sweater. &nbsp;The black sweater is the same as the white one in the picture--only black, which photographs oh-so-well for detail, right?&nbsp;<b>Does this cropped trouser outfit&nbsp;work?</b>&nbsp;&nbsp;My sweet eye isn't blurring my vision, is it?&nbsp;</p> <p>Second outfit was yesterday. Simple black and white with leopard and mustard accents. &nbsp;Pretty straightforward, but I think it was worth remembering, so I took WIW snaps. &nbsp; </p>
