I consider my leopard flats and new camel bag warm neutrals and I like to wear them with other neutrals. I have to agree with Laura on this one. So I swapped the booties for cool snake skin strappy heels (which was also more appropriate to the hot &amp; muggy weather). Then to pick up the blue tones in the shoes, I swapped the cream bag for the cobalt. I added a silver necklace since the hardware on the purse is silver. Added the moto jacket, which was needed later in the evening as temps cooled down. </p> <p>What do you think? I would NEVER have considered cobalt with this dress, if it wasn't for Laura's suggestions. I am still on the fence about it. </p> <p>This dress is extreme in its waist surrendering. There is room in my wardrobe for that. Maybe because the boots were far enough away from the dress? But Laura may be on to something... and maybe I have just a really bad eye for color tone! I'd not considered this dress was a cool tone!</p> <p>Do you deliberately mix tones in your outfits? Curious! </p>
