I've avoided heels and pointy toes for years (I do wear them, but not regularly), and I have straight, strong, healthy feet. So many women my age and older have feet that are twisted and in pain from wearing heels on a daily basis... Try steam and rinsing your sinuses with salt water (some people use a Neti-pot, but I just use the squeezy bottle and squirt the salt water up my nose.
