As for the interview, it was one of the most grueling and intense interviews I've ever been involved in. Felt like I needed a nap when it was done. Now we wait and see. So I chose my navy with lurex thread hi-low light weight sweater to top it with and then added my Doc Marcie boots. I wasn't sure if I would like mid calf boots with a midi skirt but I really like the look - I think because the Marcie's fit my ankle and calf in a slim manner so there is no gaping - that's what makes it work.</p> <p>I then added my cobalt and cream quilted handbag and when I step out the door, will top the outfit with my Spiegel leather jacket. I ADORE this jacket and how it is so different from my sleek Danier Leather black jacket. Thanks again Amiable for helping a Canadian YLFer :)</p> <p>I realize I forgot to put on lipstick for the pictures but will be wearing a fairly neutral lip today as I'm wearing a wee bit of a daytime smokey eye. I will probably scrunch the sleeves of my sweater part way through the day as well as it warms up.</p> <p>So what do you think? Does this ensemble make the skirt work for fall?
