As others have said, totally depends on your work environment; unless the fabrications are quite dressy, then both the roll and the sneaker are instant casual. I've worked in offices where jeans are dressy because they're not sweatpants, and offices where rolled pants would be a definite no-no, even on Fridays. I would just note that for me there are a lot of casual elements going on at once that conspire to make it look like an off- duty outfit-- the rolled pants are big, tennies big( meaning bigger casual statements); casual top, top longer than jacket.
