My little chukka boots are not Wonder Woman red, but a more subdued burgundy/cranberry. I would've liked this even better with my faded black jeans I think, but they're in the wash, so solid black it is. I often wear this formula with a red/white Breton instead, to echo the shoes, but decided to stick with Angie's formula and let the footwear pop. I like it both ways!</p> <p>ETA: Yes, there are funky socks peeking out. Grey with pink and white polka dots. </p>
