Then the skirt wont swizzle around. See where you hands are resting? There is fabric there that could be darted and you would not lose any fullness in the lower skirt at all. I have done this myself, not because the skirt was riding up but because it was just too bunchy at the waist.<br /> I have CH on a style pedestal and have started pushing my sleeves up past my elbows as she does, managing to look businesslike yet elegant.<br /> (Well she does, not sure about me.) It is as tasty an event as the name suggests. Just imagine a room filled with vendors promoting and competing for best chocolate creation. Some things were sweet, some were savory and everything was delicious.<br />This outfit was pre-planned. I loved the idea of it but I was a little disappointed that the waist of the skirt tended to ride up and settle right under my bust line which is pretty unflattering because I look as if I have no waist line. Not sure what I can do to prevent that moving forward with this outfit, but this is what it looked like before my skirt started traveling north. <br />Also the clutch is Asian inspired print in the shape of a fan. It was a gift from my best friend several years ago and it continues to bring me joy. Your feedback is appreciated.
