Luckily this dress is also lined with it and it was quite as cool as it could be in 44 degree heat!<br />I forgot to mention the high-low hemline in my description, but I love it because I really prefer my knees to have a little more coverage, and these days&nbsp;I look for more interesting shapes and designs in my clothes.<br />Thanks for the shoes suggestions @kkards and @vjane.<br />You are right- I tried it on with flat strappy sandals and it looked fine.
