I really appreciate the feedback on the ALGO-ness of the outfit. &nbsp;As in, maybe it wasn't that ALGO! But you know, it makes me realize that outfits feel ALGO when they're a little outside of your comfort zone; for example, stripes and florals were a big deal for me at first. Now I don't even blink about matching them, so I added in the other elements of the outfit. &nbsp;But because <b>those</b> items hadn't been put together before, it felt like too much. &nbsp;And thanks to everyone's positive feedback, I'll feel more comfortable doing this again because I've realized it's all in my mind. &nbsp;Hmmmm. &nbsp;Deep thoughts!<br /><br />Ceit and Karie - the denim vest is new (ordered just this week) and it is surprisingly versatile. &nbsp;I am already planning more outfits for it!<br /><br />Rute, Debora, pil, Alicat- thank you for the boost! And I am loving the jacket. &nbsp;I will post more pics!<br /><br />lyn67 - this is my fake Bailey 44 dress - I snapped it up at Cleo, a Canadian store. &nbsp;But I can still send&nbsp;it on to you when I'm finished with it ;)<br /><br />Suz - you're right, this dress has become a workhorse. &nbsp;In fact, after I posted this I made a note to start posting myself wearing other items from my closet. &nbsp;I do have more clothes, everyone! &nbsp;I think it's because this dress inspires so many different ideas for me - it's way more versatile than I ever thought it would be.<br /><br />Laura - stripes and florals are addictive - be forewarned :)<br /><br />Sarah A - thanks! I wasn't sure exactly what tasks I would be doing so I wanted to dress comfortably yet stylish. My striped dress fits both of these criteria so on it went, with some pearls, black tights, booties and my new denim vest from Gap. I've also added photos of my new leather jacket from Danier - it's the light grey bomber from the Spring collection but these pics don't do it justice. I added my floral scarf but I felt like stripes, florals, denim, pearls and leather was kind of ALGO. What say you? Thoughts and feedback always appreciated. Thanks in advance!
