And that bf is yum yum yum!</p> <p>Looks like you had a great time! </p> https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/wiw-to-outdoor-nature-retreat#post-1197438 Mon, 17 Mar 2014 19:23:42 +0000 Vicki 1197438@https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/ <p>I had the most beautiful day at UCLA this past Saturday at an "Awake in the Wild" experience with Mark Coleman, where we enjoyed a wonderful day of meditation outside in nature. &nbsp;We were instructed to "layer" our clothing&nbsp;since we would be sitting silently outside and enjoying the scenery around us.</p> <p>1 Vicki, Carla and Stacy at the end of the day (my "layers" were off by this time, but earlier I'd been wearing a cream fisherman's sweater).<br />2 Sweet beginnings from my friend, Stacy, who made us each a little breakfast for the&nbsp;morning and served us tea in the car as we drove up from Orange County.<br />3 Mark Coleman, formerly of Northern England and now a resident of Northern California at the start of the day. &nbsp;He was quite dapper in his black turtleneck, zip sweater, coated dark brown&nbsp;blazer and low profile black Converse sneakers (Imagine my surprise when I saw that he and I were the only two wearing them that day; mine were sage green.)<br />4 I love my trees!<br />5&nbsp;I literally touched this clover. I loved the cute little white flower, too. Yes, and I also hugged a tree. ^_^</p> <p>Thank you for enjoying my day with me! </p>
