I don't wear shoes in the house and this style makes me feel more like I have on a real outfit. I have a pale pink pair also and I liked them so much that I got the second pair in metallic blue. My feet are a little on the narrow side but the shoes would accommodate a wider foot. The sole is little rubber nubs.
