I do like to fill the space sometimes with some plain lower cut tops, I think because I’m short waisted it helps my proportions somehow? The empire waist helps lengthen the leg line and this is the only knife-pleat skirt currently in my wardrobe. The color is almost full-on orange, sort of a neon tangerine-to-orange.
