Nice looks.

May I suggest rolling #1 and #3 a little shorter?

Thanks for the feedback. Here's my take-away
1-semi scrunch blazer sleeves, semi-tuck top, darker belt
2-darker shoes, maybe wider let pants
3-scrunch and tuck (semi)
I'm short, so sleeves are always long on me. How do you get scrunched sleeves to stay up? I seem to remember Angie discussing that, I might have to go search for it.
And Laura, thanks for the heads up on the JCP blazer. A navy blazer with striped sleeve lining has been on my wishlist and JCP has it in the petite size. I'm going to try it, it has great reviews.

Ponte knit or other soft knit blazers are fantastic for a casual wardrobe - def. get one! I think if you scrunched the sleeves in #1 and semi-tucked the top it would look more modern. Same scrunch and semi-tuck recommendation for #3. A darker belt might also be good, so it keeps a long line (column of color sort of). In outfit #2 I sort of feel like the sweater overwhelms you just a little. It's a beautiful color on you and maybe it would be more modern with wider leg pants or bootcut jeans to give some volume at the bottom? I love the oxfords, but I'm not sure about them with #2 and would like go with a darker pair as mentioned.

How funny, I think #2 is the superior outfit. The others are neat and presentable, but I don't find anything binding the different items together. #2 I find bold in its simplicity.

#1 is my fave. I really like the raisin-colored top with the blazer. I am a total blazer and jeans girl, so I love everything about this outfit including the shoes. #2 is off, and I think the suggestion to wear shoes the same color as the pants is a good one. Nice pattern mixing in #3.

Crazy about #3! #1 is also good. All I see in #2 is the shoes, so you're right about those not being right.

I loooove ponte blazers and wear mine so much I just upgraded my present ones (from Target) with ones from JCPenney. For me they really are the best of both worlds, comfy but nice looking.

I like all your outfits - great color choices and combinations - but the proportions of 2 seem off somehow. It's like the sweater's length is awkward with the pants. Maybe it would look less so with shoes that match the pants and so visually lengthen the legs?

The next installment of my wardrobe analysis for March.
#1 I love the way jeans and blazers look, but I don't reach for them often. I'm considering a ponte knit one, it might get more wear. I think these sleeves are too long and I need to shorten them, they don't quite work rolled like this. I'm also wondering if I should look for blazers that don't hit at the same place as the sleeves. Because it creates a horizontal line, or am I just being picky? Someone suggested in November that I look for a few belts to add interest to my outfits, I finally found this belt that I liked. I was a little worried about the raisin colored shirt and the green blazer but I think I like it.
#2 It was really cold and I wanted to wear this sweater one more time. I think the oxfords might not be the best shoe choice, but I don't really have any other closed shoes right now. It's a wardrobe hole I'm working on. This is not my favorite outfit of the bunch, I think I should have worn my sized up skinny jeans.
#3 I tried on three different sweaters before I settled on this one. I like the way stripes look, but have a hard time wearing them. Everything else I wear has to be solid to balance the stripes, so I would never have picked this belt before. A little fashion forward pattern mixing for YLF.
So, the proportion I'm seeing here is cropped blazer or sweater that hits just below the waist and slim jeans (is that cropped?). I do own other jeans, I just keep reaching for this pair right now.
Comments and suggestions are welcome.
