I think the wrinkling is intentional, though U'm not 100% sure. It was inexpensive enough that if it is a mistake, I can re-consign. However, it's the perfect warmth level for the cool rainy weather today.<br /> Pic 3: with my denim jacket. Today's appt. is casual so I don't mind that this dresses down the outfit, if it's a better look. </p>
