I know what you mean about the $$$, and also it's not good for them to be having generals too often. We just cut a wide section of the stocking (from the thigh part) to create a circular piece. We then wrapped it around her head. It stayed on during swimming but did tend to stretch out over time. For Mr Skunky, you would probably need to use a smaller cross section of the stocking. Matchy matchy turquoise jewellery.</p> <p>Outfit 2: worn to dinner. Black front button A line skirt (Country Road) with green knit top (Zara), black suede knee high boots (Jo Mercer) and faux zebra clutch (Witchery). The top is really old. I would love to update it but dark green + cotton = impossible to find. The slightly boofy hair and pale lipstick is my attempt at a 60s mod look. (Hair and makeup are not my forte!)</p> <p>Outfit 3: worn to run errands and go to the dentist. This was taken a few weeks ago but I am still traumatised.&nbsp;Distressed flares to&nbsp;match distressed me (Blank NYC) and long asymmetrical tee (Decjuba). Frye mules and Ash bag. I thought a longer necklace would have been better with this top.</p> <p>Outfit 4/5: cuffed jeans go country on a visit to a friend's sheep farm. Rag and Bone straight leg jeans (cuffed) with Cobb Hill boots and Denim and Supply/Witchery tee. Don't knock my Aussie gal hat! Well, its a man's hat actually but let's not split hairs.</p> <p>Bonus pics: (1) Ms B wearing her country snood. It's a stocking (one of mine) wrapped around her head to keep grass seeds from getting into her ears. We took extra precautions because&nbsp;after our last visit she had to have a general anaesthetic to have a seed&nbsp;removed from her ear. (2) An echidna in the wild.
